Vapox Service Update – 6th April 2020
Vapox Brick & Mortar is open Monday – Friday 12pm – 2pm and Sundays 12pm – 2pm.
Our website will be operating as usual (same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm).
We have strict measures in place to ensure safety for our staff and customers.
Our customer service team are working hard to ensure that all queries are answered by email, live chat and telephone.
Royal Mail has informed us that packages might have some delays due to COVID-19, so please allow extra time for them to deliver your parcel.
The demand for Royal Mail services has increased rapidly, they are doing as much as they can to get your orders to you on-time.
Vapox is stocked with products, with new stock deliveries arriving daily.

Royal Mail are operating as usual and have assured that their services will continue thought the crisis. If not at home, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery. See the latest changes to Royal Mail Services.
Same Day Delivery? (Within 2-mile radius)
We are working our hardest to make sure all operates as usual. Orders placed before 2pm that day will be delivered same day (if within 2-mile radius). Once an order has been placed, please email email@example.com with your preferred contact number and a member of staff will get in contact when you order is outside. Orders placed after 2pm, will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Can I catch the virus from my parcels?
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people are not at risk of contracting the virus through parcels, as the virus does not survive as long on objects such as letters and parcels.
Summary of steps we have taken to minimise the risk of spreading the virus:
- Hand sanitisers, masks and gloves are available in our shop and used by staff.
- We are wiping down all the surfaces, handles and mods etc. on an HOURLY basis with antibacterial products.
- We make sure that one customer is able to enter the premises at a time.
- No excessive vaping in the store.

How to claim?
After putting through your order, please send an email to our customer support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a photo of your NHS ID / Blue Light card and we will refund you 20% of your whole order.
