Please allow 1-3 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your parcel.
Royal Mail has informed us that packages might have some delays because of the overwhelming amount of orders and staff shortages due to Covid-19.
Royal Mail are trying their hardest to deliver all orders on time.
Our customer service team are working hard to ensure that all queries are answered by email, live chat and telephone.
Our thoughts go out to those who are impacted by COVID-19.
With the concerns surrounding Coronavirus, Vapox wants to assure you that we are committed to maintaining business as usual.

Click & Collect?
Click & Collect will be available from our store Sunday - 12:00 - 19:00, Monday - Friday 10:00 - 19:00 (closed on Saturday).
Simply checkout with the delivery option 'Pick Up' and your order will be ready for you to collect within 10 Minutes (time will be confirmed on your email order confirmation).
Same Day Delivery? (Within 2-mile radius)
We are working our hardest to make sure that everything operates as usual. Orders placed before 2pm and is over £20, will be delivered free of charge that same day (if within 2-mile radius). Orders placed after 2pm, will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Can I catch the virus from my parcels?
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people are not at risk of contracting the virus through parcels, as the virus does not survive as long on objects such as letters and parcels.
Summary of steps we have taken to minimise the risk of spreading the virus:
- Hand sanitisers, masks and gloves are available in our shop and used by staff.
- We are wiping down all the surfaces and handles etc. on an HOURLY basis with antibacterial products.
